IL, MO to KS Direct NOTS Pts, or KS Direct NOTS Pts to MO
and save an additional 10%
Qualifications:

This
page must be attached to the Bill of Lading at time of the LTL
pick-up

Does
not apply on pallet rates or flat rates

Shipment
can not exceed 10,000 pounds or 8 skids

Must
be OUTBOUND PREPAID shipments only

Must
have credit established with NOTS

Freight
bill must be paid in 30 days, otherwise a late fee will apply.

The
Additional 10% Savings applies to the freight charges after
discounts.

Any
applicable Assessorial charges are excluded from discounts.

does not apply on Minimum Charges.

only applies when using the NOTS 500 February 2010 LTL Rates.
